Lithium battery UN38.3 test and packaging 1.2m drop test:
UN38.3 refers to Section 38.3 of the Manual of Tests and Criteria on the Detection of Lithium Batteries, prepared by the United Nations Committee of Experts on the Transport of Dangerous Goods. The transportation of finished lithium batteries or equipment containing lithium batteries must first complete all the tests specified in Section 38.3 (unless the approval documents of the competent authorities of the country of origin are available), and the lithium batteries are separately airborne. Transportation or transportation with equipment packages also requires 1.2m drop test of the packages.
Note: If the sample needs to be returned, it must be clearly indicated at the relevant location when the application is entrusted, otherwise our company will not return the sample for processing.
Vibration, differential pressure and leakage test of lead-acid battery at 55 C:
Vibration, differential pressure and leakage test at 55 C are a series of tests aiming at the transportation conditions of lead-acid batteries. According to the provisions of the Recommendation on the Transport of Dangerous Goodsprepared by the United Nations Committee of Experts on the Transport of Dangerous Goods, lead-acid batteries containing electrolytes are generally identified as dangerous goods in category 8 if they have not been tested, UN 2794; if lead-acid batteries pass vibration and differential pressure tests, have not been tested or have not passed leakage test at 55 ~C, they are identified for transport. For the 8th dangerous goods, UN No. 2800; if lead-acid batteries pass three tests in turn, they are identified as "non-restrictive items".
